Peer 1 Hosting Supports SysAid with Its Growing Base of Cloud Customers

SysAid opens New North American data center powered by Peer 1 Hosting to deliver all essential ITSM tools in the cloud

SysAid Technologies Ltd. on Wednesday announced it is using PEER 1 Hosting technologies within its new cloud-based data center to serve SysAid's North American cloud customers. In addition to supporting SysAid's existing cloud customers, its new data center, powered by PEER 1 Hosting technology, will allow for the expansion of SysAid's regional customer base.

"We are excited to be providing solutions for SysAid to support their expansion, and help improve the service they provide to their North American customer base," noted Robert Miggins, senior VP of business development at PEER 1 Hosting.

The managed hosting solution from PEER 1 Hosting will also allow SysAid customers to enjoy all core ITSM tools on one centralized cloud platform, providing access to help desk, asset management, analytics and MDM capabilities.

Earlier this year, SysAid Founder and Chairman Israel Lifshitz predicted an 80% cloud adoption rate among new customers by the end of 2013. This prediction was based largely on SysAid's existing cloud adoption statistics, as well as the growing appeal of the significant cost savings and faster deployment timelines offered by the cloud.

"As the industry increasingly embraces cloud applications, we are seeing this reflected in our sales with the majority of new customers opting for the cloud model," said Lifshitz. "Our early commitment to ITSM has enabled us to offer one of the most flexible and cost-effective ITSM cloud solutions available today. Our investment in the new data center highlights our commitment to advancing ITSM in the cloud, and we look forward to capitalizing on this exciting and growing market."
